I am dissapointed that ME3 is claiming they are DD 5.1 but they have no encoded any LFE signal for subwoofer. I understand that most user probably have a receiver that handle the LFE based on the crossover but there is people like me who has invested significant amount of money on their sound system. Its a shame my subwoofer doesn't get utilize. so it's not 5.1 but more like 5.0.

Finally someone else posts about this! I have a 2.1 setup with some bookshelf speakers for the L/R that don't do justice to the bass. I just about pulled my hair out assuming it was my receiver that wasn't working correctly, until I took a few moments to test other games, where I confirmed it was just ME3. LFE is far more important than any of the surround channels IMO...
For now I've set my Xbox to stereo so my receiver will downmix to the subwoofer for me. But it's really lame.

Also, the ME3 PS3 mix is the same way (at least for the demo).
