My game has been freezing during dialogue since release. During a line of dialogue, the screen will feeeze, the audio for that line will finish, and then anywhere from 3-20 seconds later, it will move to the next dialogue line and video will start again. Often this freeze is accompanied with MASSIVE screen tearing and texture drop (shown in link below) that sometimes goes away with the next screen shift, and sometimes does not. It has resulted in several hard crashes to desktop. I've dropped my settings all the way to bottom barrel and worked back through them, turned off origin in game, updated drivers, rolled back drivers, checked my temperatures, defragmented my hard drive, and many more mystic and magical attempts to fix this problem to no avail. Twice, the issue seems to have fixed it's self, stopping for hours at a time until i've saved, shut down the game, and come back later to find it has reappered for no clear reason. This same hickup sometimes occurs outside of dialogue cutscenes, but ALWAYS when dialogue is being shared by npc's, or battle dialogue. Outside of this the game plays perfectly. No lag or stutter during any graphically intense scenes. I've posted on this in several other threads to no avail, so I figured i'd make one all my own. Expect shameless self bumps.

Shameless self bump with possible fix : I had the bright idea to turn off subtitles, and it seems that that may have fixed the issue..further testing required.

After several stops and restarts i'm relatively certain that it was the subtitles that were causing the failures for me. With them off i've had nothing but smooth operation at full max settings.
