Just finished an playthrough, and although the main storyline (up to the point shortly before the end) isn't that bad, it doesn't live up to Bioware's reputation. Sidequests are MMO-style fetch-quests however (and where is an self-updating journal to know how far you are with a quest, for fudge's sake?), but the majority of it lead to GAW-points so cannot be ignored. :(
The shooting aspect (except for some glitches) works smooth and fine. No complaints here.
The RPG-aspect however, is totally numb-founding bad. Where ME1 was topheavy a bit with RPG and ME2 was slightly undernorished with it, ME3... well... there's an level up system and a modify-the-gun system. And albeit there is the issue with choices and the fact that they slightly affect the story, it isn't that much however....
Missions are typically short (10-15 minutes), and the surroundings... well... they aren't that bad as DA2, but they are a bit bleak.
The crew who fight with you interact more with each other on the ship, but during missions they are way more silent then in ME2. Also you can also only chatter up a bit with them during preset circumstances, otherwise they have just one standard line to say. (The character from From Ashes is better though) Standard crew however, has gained a huge backdrop since their random chatter is about non-existent except for a few.
Got also a few import bugs (BtdS-choice switches during gameconvo's??!! and my 'Let the Queen live on Noveria (from ME1) also got mistaken a few times). Also a few glitches (one notorious on the bridge near Joker, you can get permastuck there) and minor bugs.

+ Combat
+ Slightly affecting choices
+ Majority of the main storyline

- RPG-aspect
- The endings
- Side missions
- Import bugs
- Standard crew not impressive
- Bleak environments

End mark: 65/100
