The more I think about it, the more I can't help but wonder if there's possibly a super secret good ending that's near impossible to obtain without truly perfect playthroughs of the first two games?
Reaso why I say this is because supposedly it's possible to resolve the Quarian/Geth conflict without losing either of the two races.
However, regardless if there is or isn't a secret ending, it doesn't excuse the fact that BioWare had next to nothing explained ( some topics much less talked about ) from the events of ME1 and ME2.
Super secret good ending?

People have datamined the game. There is no good ending.

Mr Big Pimpin is correct.
And even if that were the case then you're basically saying PS3 gamers are completely screwed over, since if the needs for the ending require a perfect playthrough on the first 2 games the first being unavailable for PS3.

The ending you get for
perfect is a two second clip of some rubble where you see a body in N7 armor,
then the chest goes up as it takes a breath, insinuating that Sheppard is
alive. I played it on PC so I just looked at the video files from the install.
There is nothing else.
Really lame to check out the
rest of the endings and they are almost exactly the same just with different
color explosion waves, terrible.
