I've installed ME3, downloaded the online pass, connected to EA servers and registered the game.
I've checked the correct gamer tag is listed.
Despite this, the soundtrack is not appearing as being available to download.
Help please.
Soundtrack won't appear for download

How? I've been trying and double checking all afternoon.
I'm now currently wading thru the problems to see what the issue is. Like yourself, I have double checked all the above, to no avail - even logging out of the site and back in, clearing cookies, all that stuff.
I've registered the Xbox 360 version of the game (N7 Collectors Edition)

What you need to do is download the N7 DLC which includes From the Ashes. Once that has downloaded and installed onto your 360 you need to log out of ME3 go to the dashboard and then restart the game. Let the game go through it's checks for DLC and once that is done go to the site here to get the soundtrack. I know it's a lot of hoops to jump through but that's how you have to do it.

Hi Heather.
Unfortunately, i've actually already done all that (I download all the relevant DLC prior to starting a game if possible). I have also logged out of both the website and the game, but I haven't played any multiplayer yet which I understand can be an issue. I'm not a big multiplayer kinda guy, but i'll give that a try tomorrow anyway.
Thanks for trying to help!

I have the same problem too.
I redeemed and downloaded all the N7 contents, even the N7 warfare equipment I got from gamestop. In my registered content I can see From the Ashes and the equipmnet but not the soundtrack. I can't remember if I went to the dashboard after redeeming the codes and I just played the first half of the demo (just not to spoiler which piece of game I played for now) and no MP. I sent a request through help.ea.com, but tomorrow I'll try and see if restarting the game, as Heater says, will work.

Ok, I did a multiplayer game (lame squad, got wiped out on wave 3), and played for something like 3 hours straight in campaign (it's 3:36 in the morning but I just couldn't stop...) and now I have Online Pass and Soundtrack in my profile.

Hi kelleher01.
It took me about 24 hours. Seemingly, if you play a little of the multiplayer and/or the main game, then log off and back in, it seems to do the trick. Whether that time period has anything to do with it after registration, I can't say - but give it a try anyway. I'm watching this thread, so if I can be of any further help, just holler or send me a message via your Omni tool

The first thing I did was redeem the codes for the N7 edition and download them, I have since finished the game and played the multiplayer and the soundtrack still does not appear for download here on this site under registered games.

Have you logged out of the BioWare site as well as all of the above? If so, not sure!
