Moaning and calling Bioware names, and all that jazz on the forums is one thing, but doing it straight to employee's faces is another. It's almost disheartening seeing the personal attacks, rude behavior, and blatant offensive language people are tossing at these people. You guys claim you want Bioware to fix whatever issues you have, yet you can't even try and work with them. I saw one employee ask for an opinion, and the response was calling him an ass and a lazy idiot.

Well, gee, that's a good way to get them to actually understand everything. You guys have to realize that nothing is going to be fixed in 72 hours, but you can create a dialogue to help Bioware take the steps necessary to achieve goals both you and they can agree on. I can tell you one thing, though, calling names, being jerks, and the general attitude people are showing are NOT the proper ways to get anything done. In fact, it may give them less incentive.

I had to spend all day directing people to the designated sticky to voice their concerns and 'm very happy to see almost 90 responses since yesterday. This is what we need to be doing. When someone asks you on twitter what would you like to see, don't just resort to insults.  Unless you really just want to see 'lazy idiot ****s' all day.

Please guys, for the sake of each other, grow up. Rome wasn't built in a day. Work with them, not against. This is one of the Bioware offices that does listen and does give a damn what you think. And remember, Mass Effect DLC has been free before. We're not a part of Activision or you would be dishing out money just for breathing around one of their games.

Well, the face issue was a huge misstep on BW's part - the kind of bug that should never have been released on opening day, especially for what it represents to so many players. Though, like bad service at a restaurant, I definitely wouldn't mind if Bioware offered up some free DLC to make up for it...SP DLC, of course! Don't care about anything MP-wise! :-)

However, I'm curious to finish the game just to experience these "endings" everyone keeps going on about. Eager to weigh in on them.

1. People are very passionate about their games.

2. People forget that they are talking to real people when they type on a keyboard.

3. People know we're listening so they try to persuade us the only way they know how.

4. They have forgotten to be excellent to each other.

5. We appreciate all of the feedback and constructive criticisms we are getting. thank you all for your enthusiasm and support.

Thanks for the post, KitePolaris, but this is essentially a thread complaining about complaint threads, which is largely unproductive. Sorry.

End of line.
