I know there is already a topic started in the Gameplay subforum but I believe this issue should be reported in the Technical Support.

Basically, some of the war assets do not update. I may be wrong but this seems to be related to "fetch" type quests or assets that you discover through planet scanning. For example,  so far I didn't get Citadel Defense Force, Alliance Frigate Agincourt and Speical Ops Team Zeta, Volus Fleet and Batarian Fleet.

People experiencing this problem should PM Thomas Abram from Bioware.
