Mass Effect 3 Kit Glitch/Bug

*No Section for Mass Effect 3 Tech Support, can a Forums Mod move it to where it's supposed to go*

I was recently hit by a Bug/Glitch in the Multiplayer, by having all the Spectre Packs i bought with Micrsoft point vanish and reset all my progression in multiplayer except for my N7 Rank and the existing Credits i have which is somewhere around 73,000 i lost all my Characters, Weapon (The Widow :crying:) All My Existing Experience on Locked characters, All my Weapon Mods, Etc. Its like my whole game reset to when i first poped in the game it was trying to find my online pass when i signed out of my profile and back after i was hit by this horrible thing, Only thing i kept which i stated above was my N7 rank of 60 and my Credits of 73,000 i contacted Microsoft and they stated i had purchased 13 Spectre Packs they told me they couldn't do anything and i would have to contact Electronic Arts and i talked to a Mass Effect Rep and he stated that Bioware was aware of this problem and all my "Data" was still there but its not connecting to my account, and that Bioware is trying to find a fix.

Whatever i need to do to get my stuff let me know.

I had the same issue. I spent microsoft points on veteran/spectre packs and all of my unlocks have disappeared. So now I've lost my microsoft point (money) and have nothing to show for it.

I contacted support about the issue with live chat when it happened. I was told it is a known issue and while explaining I lost packs I had bought with microsoft points (money) as well as in-game credits the support representative closed chat on me quickly. I contacted them via the e-mail option after that, because my problem wasn't resolved and the way the representative closed chat on me was very rude. That was well over 24 hours ago and I've had no reply.

I doubt they unlock the items for you again (they'd have to track the unlocks everyone made, which would be a lot of information). They ought to reimburse you; however, I'm now a little skeptical that they will do anything. Maybe the issue will at least be patched soon to prevent more people from losing their multiplayer progress.

help.ea.com/ <- EA support, use the tab at the top right hand side (talk to a game adviser). Hope you have better luck with the customer service than I have.

*Edit* I tried customer service again. Allegedly uninstall/reinstall has worked for some individuals. I tried clearing my systems cache, and deleting the mass effect 3 save from my harddrive on the 360. It didn't work for me, I'm now waiting another 24 hours (72hours will somehow solve things?); however, it might work for others.

I contacted Xbox around noon Eastern time and live rep told me that there was about a dozen complaints on this issue after i told her the EA Mass Effect Rep told me there was no other complaints on this issue, she then stated that was "Bull ****" and told me to contact EA by phone and demand to speak with a supervisor and they have more "permissions" to handle the issue, i will be calling tomorrow and talk to a supervisor...

I can't play Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer until i know this wont happen again, because if i was to buy more packs and lose them then it would of happened a 3rd time, the xbox rep told me to delete and redownload my profile and clear my cache and if not to make sure i talk to someone but the ea rep told me to post on here and give it a shot none of the reps i talked to were helpful but one and i gave her 5 stars on Customer support the others recieve a big fat Donut ( 0 )

Huh? There are three tech supports for ME3, one for each platform. :unsure:
