PC Crashing on Start possible fix

Alright, I've come back from a long break to try the new patch and I still get this problem, and I am still unable to play the game. I guess I could try the myriad of possible kludgey work-arounds again, but I don't have too much confidence. Does anyone know if Bioware still considers this an outstanding problem or not?

Ok, I've tried the various steps again and there is no difference, even with the new patch (1.02). I still can't get the game to run, and it doesn't look like anything has changed. Let me ask again, does Bioware still consider this to be a real problem or are they ignoring it because it only affects a small number of users?

Can anyone pls help me. I've been trying to fix my ME3 for days.
Here's my situation, I used to play multiplayer fine. then the other day, everytime I connected to a game my computer suddenly crashes.

The monitor sleeps, computer not responding. I have to manually restart for it to get back to work. I just don't get it.

I've reinstalled both Origin and ME3 but the problem still exists. I didn't even do anything to my pc. I was playing fine one night then the next day, boom! crash.

I also get a launch error that says please make sure the game is installed properly even though the game still starts up.

It's very frustrating, i just want to play multiplayer again. any advice pls?

I don't think they do, I've been waiting to hear back from their game specialists for 2 months now. complete bull****.

I started experiencing this problem few hours ago... This morning, I was able to log in and play MP match without problems, but when I tried to play again, some time later, I got BSoD and my computer restarted... I have tried all the fixes from this thread, my local profile file is 1kb, but my game still freezes (along with all of the programs, if i have any started, though no BSoDs so far) after a minute or two of playing (MP or SP, it doesn't matter)... The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling my Windows, but I guess I'm gonna have to do that now... :/

So I had no problems with the game up until yesterday, when I tried launching the game from Origin it says launching Mass Effect 3, but nothing loads. My Origin tells me I am playing the game but nothing ever shows up. I had one brief moment this morning where the game did load after i reinstalled, but the power went out and, nothing! Right back to square one. I have tried the fixes, and they didn't seem to help. Could the fact my computer shut off be the reason it messed up this time, or should I keep searching?

Tried to reinstall and it worked. Or, at least it did until I exited the game and tried to go back in. Origin is back to telling me I'm playing it but I get nothing.
P.S It did tell me upon successful launch that my DLC was corrupt.

My game was working 12 hours ago, when I first got wind of the new Multiplayer operation weekend. Nothing was up, so I closed ME3 and went to bed. Got up this morning, started up ME3 to promote 3 characters and I get a black screen right after the EA/ Bioware logos. This is news to me. Never happened before. I have the preordered N7 Digital Deluxe edition, straight from Origin. I haven't had this problem before.

Update- Well I feel like a herp derp. All it took was installing the latest version of Origin. Durr. *facepalm*.

Okay so none of the fixes here are working for me. I just started getting crashes yesterday after the Origin 8.6 patch, and even reverting that to 8.5 hasn't fixed it.

Btw how long are we suppoed to be doing this, every time I update Mass Effect 3 I need to replace the same file awc file, its getting kinda annoying now.

Hey thanks, that actually solved my ME3 starting problems.

I tried everything re-installing ME3 and Origin, updated awp and ea_core.dll but nothing worked. But with this updated Origin version my ME3 finally starts again and now i can play.

How is this possible? Massefect 2 WORKS! Dragonage 2 WORKS! They are older Bioware games and they still works.

Well it suddenly started happening to me now as well. Launch game, immediate crash.

Replacing the files didn't work. Running as admin didn't work. Flushing the documents didn't work. Updating Origin didn't work. I'm completely cleaning and reinstalling both ME2 and Origin now. But something tells me that's not going to work either.

Fantastic job Bioware and/or EA, you dolts. Great job discouraging piracy.

ME2 works - Dragon age 2 works - ME3 DOES NOT WORK! WTF!!!! What you Bioware have done wrong?

And all hapens very sudenly. I have played multiplayer to level N7 +2000 which means a lot. And then - TSAP! ME3 start crashing at very begining.

I have hope that BW/EA is considering the issue. Currently i am in contact with the support for a couple of weeks trying to get ME3 running. No error massage. And ME3 worked for me for several weeks.

Waiting for the next response from the support...
