I just ogt my Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition today and i've managed to install everything just fine and redeem all my codes, except for the From Ashes DLC. I've reedemed the code and all but when I download it, the download stops at random percentages and if I pause and unpause it, it restarts completely. The furthest I got was 81% with an estimated 30 sec left to download, then it stopped! 

I haven't been able to find someone with the exact issue that I have, so I thought I would come here and see if anyone could help me? Thanks.

Hey Polyperkon. I have the exact same problem. Got my ME3 CE today and installed everything fine with no hickups, except for the From Ashes DLC. It keeps downloading to 3% then just stops. I've tried re-downloading the DLC multiple times, and each time it just stops at 3%.

This really saddenes me as I really wanted to get the DLC content up and running to enjoy the extra mission and character with my first ME3 playthrough :/

Yeah Same Problem only mine just stops at random highest 11% then it just stops downloading
Needs to BE FIXED pronto

New Record 12% and there isnt any help from origin eaither to help solve this.

Tried it again, and it's still just up to 3%. This is the epitome of suck :/

Okay, when From Ashes won't download, right click it and select Repair Install. From Ashes should download normally.

Atleast i've played the prologue now, so....let's just sit and wait? All I wanted was for all the installations to work out so I could be sure I had it all good to go and I could just enjoy the game, now I gotta wait until this **** works out, and I dont know if there is anything I can do or when someone who can help will help. Gaaah.

Tried reparing the installation and all that, looked everywhere I can find on the internet but nothing works so far.

Mine actually got up to 100% once and then realized it worked so it took an ''Origin'' and restarted the download and stopped at 24%

my only real thought of what could be happening is this
1:We tried installing From Ashes, N7 stuff and other codes while the game wasnt fully downloaded or before it was downloaded
2:There is some kind of order we need to download these things in for it to work properly

Just to see where this is happening I live in Hong Kong SAR and use PCCW

I know I installed everything "in order" and i've tried reinstalling Origin, Me3, all that. I live in STockholm in Sweden and I use ComHem.

I don't understand, how can it download 90 % at one point, and then the next time it won't download a single %, the next time it goes to like 4%, 8%....I can't even understand what might be the problem that is causing this.

Well probably server is dropping the connection. I checked the logs it's this file:

oh you just click downloadable content ingame, nevermind.

When I check my account here and look at registered content, "Ashes" shows up. If I remember correctly, we could download our DLC from here, too, once it was in "registered content". But with "Ashes" that seems to be impossible.
Did I just miss something obvious or is it really impossible and MUST be downloaded via this Origin-launcher?

ok everybody update your computer and net framework and make sure you have a stable internet connection or else when the download gets interupted it cant figure out where to resume so it stops

Well I also got ME3 CE but it says I have to purchase it for 800 bioware points...
And the code thing won't work.
