The effect is quite bothersome, the contrast becomes really vivid and the motion blur gets... really blurry. Adrenaline rush enforces this tunnel vision a bit which makes it even worse if you have FoV issues on the PC.

Is there any way to turn this effect off or make a more subtle version for it? The Turian soldier marksman effect is pretty acceptable. No vivid colors, just a bit more blur.

I hope I'm not the only one with this issue.
