Has anyone made it that far to see what LIaras' "special intel" was?

I just got into the Citidel and I have an "intel update" prejec paddlefish thing. I have yet to go to the Normandy to find out.

I think it's just some random intel and perhaps a conversation. We'll see if it impacts the rest of the game.
