Did a quick search and couldn't see this answered anywhere else.

I've just got the CE version for PS3 and put in the code on the "Activate your online pass" sheet.  It then downloaded the CE content which was 58mb but didn't mention anything about the From Ashes DLC mission, which I'm sure must be a lot more than that 58mb.

Do you know if this is fine or if I should have a code for the DLC?

The CE code slip ought to have a second code on the bottom for From Ashes. It's about 600MB in size.

There's only one code on the slip of paper at the top in the white bar. It's the UK version if that makes any difference.

I might have the same problem. Also just got the CE version and activated the online pass. Now im sitting here with another code, to the "From ashes" dlc, but i dont know where you are supposed to enter the code, just after getting the online pass. The codes were on two different paper sheets, but are equally long. I don't think it makes any difference but it's the Nordic version.

Your problem is different to mine. You can activate the other code by going to the Account Management section on your PS3 toolbar and entering it where it says 'Redeem Code'.

My problem is that I have only got one code on the slip of paper and nothing about the From Ashes DLC anywhere. Has anyone else got this problem and who do I need to contact to sort it out?

I've gone through the EA help section and spoke to someone online, I should have been provided the code but wasn't. They gave me a code and it's all sorted now!

I have the Xbox360 collector's edition, but I don't see where I am supposed to enter the code for the From Ashes DL content. Help?

You have to go into the XBL marketplace and enter it there, it can't be entered in the game. Enjoy!

There are 2 slips - one titled "Activate your online pass" - another that says "Coming soon" - that one has the code for From Ashes.

It should be in the game box

Whoops! This forum is the PS3 one. (Google led me astray. I'm missing the PC extra code.)
