Disk swapping alone will lead to a ton of returns on the Xbox. People are lazy they object to swapping disks once let alone every half hour or more.

We're not just talking about standard trade ins that happen for dislikes. We're talking about people being disgusted with the purchase they made and returning so much so that even PC returns were made and that takes a lot of arguing to even get accepted.

The endings were so bad I cant even go back and play ME1/2 again, the last 5 minutes killed the entire series for me.

The sites like vgcharts and the like give an 8 week basis usually, that's a good comparison to see trends, so after 7 more weeks we'll have good charts to see the sales and then the lack of sales, these will later be modified after returns are factored in.

Every gaming website with a news-feed was talking about it a few months after DA2 came out. How you missed it is beyond me. Just do a bit of searching for DA2's later sales and the reception and returns.

Just for the record, where did you buy a DA2 collectors edition (as there wasn't one), and what immersion breaking things did they do in ME3 that was so bad for you?

I am loving SWTOR, been playing MMO's since Everquest. DA2 was a disappointment but was still an enjoyable game, just not up to standards. So far I am loving ME3. I have, through no fault of my own thank you spoiler free forum, been spoiled to the endings somewhat. I am 99.99% positive it will have no effect on my feelings towards this game.

So for me Bioware is at worst sitting at 0 and 1 with the 1 being a foul ball that had the distance but was pulled.

To each their own though.

As for DA2, they had a signature collector pack on Amazon that also gave you the big fancy hardcover guide.

like i said for every person returning it two more will buy it, DLC map packs, character packs and story will keep people interested, the multiplayer is awsome and will make "pew pew" fans as people here like to call them keep the game, the people overseas just got the game add up another couple million, i think it will win GOTY (only Bioshock has a chance to beat it) i know you guys want this game to fail but face it its successful and theres nothing you can do about it

So much for 5 years waiting to get to the end of triliogy, to get some endings, that dont bring any closure.Well atleast this farce is over and done with it, soon this game will be long forgotten, atleast for me it already is.

The majority reception on the multiplayer on all sites has been labeled as "unneeded, a waste of resources, and disgusting". Whether it's basically good with or without splitscreen and other means doesn't mean anything, and  I can 100% assure you that if they release any DLC that doesn't modify the endings or make the game better, and worse if they charge for it... you will see these forums and the other forums EXPLODE, and the sales will go down beyond what you can imagine. If you don't believe me, just look at DA2, same thing happened.

People don't want character or map packs on a BioWare RPG, they want story GOOD STORY, and they killed the good story, so they have to fix it first, for free, if they don't... Just watch.

As for who wins GOTY... based on the fact that everyone hated the VGA Video Game Awards... no one cares what wins awards or GOTY anymore, it's all lies, inaccuracies, falsities, or people paid off.

I'm done with BioWare games, after forsaking KOTOR 3 for an MMO...
No more Bioware games.
Which is nice because the next Bioware game is Command and Conquer Modern 2.

No gamer listens to reviews, especially not after GameStop fired someone for not reviewing a game high enough. We all know that reviewers are paid and rewards mean nothing, surely you don't believe reviewers review fairly if they're being PAID to review something...

We go to the sites NOT about reviewers, because those aren't being paid.

If you're paid to do something, you'll be positive else you'll get fired.

please stop talking about DA 2 i dont care about DA 2 these are two different games not Mass Age or Dragon Effect. And just because YOU dont care about map packs and stuff like that doesnt mean others dont, Bioware expanded their fanbase to people who like shooters too, like i said for every negative thing you show me i can show you a positive one, you say reviewers hate MP i can show you reviews from sites that said they didnt like it until they finally played it, you say regular joes dotn like it i can show you regular joes who do like it. And yea i think you want it to fail becuse your trying your hardest to make it seem like the world wants to return it

Ask other people what they think of reviewers. If you're this naive, there's no point arguing with you, but the proof will come out and you'll be forced to accept it in time.

As for DA2, since the situation on DA2 is pretty much going to be the same for ME3, I'm going to reference it because it establishes precedent.

-Sales numbers are always unreliable unless it doesn't sell well, in that case they're reliable. Even if they are reliable, it's only because of the game before.

I rented it, and couldn't get through it. It's that bad, that I returned it after about 12 hours. There are better action games out there, but I was expecting an RPG that would transfer the saves from the past two games. Guess the information on the game was wrong.
