Every time I try to buy Bioware points through there's an "error with my request". What may be causing this?
Alternatively, if I buy the points on this website, will I be able to use them on Origin to buy packs in the multiplayer?

If you buy Bioware points through the website they will still work. What is the payment method you were using?

For me it's via Credit Card via Origin in game. I have enough funds on the card to cover the payment.

I was trying to points to get the DLC. The page tells me I have to buy 1200 points (even though I only need 800?) but both 800 and 1200 are listed at £6.19. So I went for the 1200 points and was refused the sale after inputting all my information which I double and triple checked.

No luck so far, perhaps the server is down/overloaded right now? It won't work even after clearing cookies or using different browser.

Bump. The issue persists. I even tried to buy the points from a different PC and different connection. Does EA not want my money?
Edit: This issue is fixed for me now.

I am paid 15USD for bioware points via paypal (in the game), but points I havent receive. Where is a problem?

I had to wait about 20 hours to get my bioware points (purchased ingame via paypal).
