I purchased mass effect 3 from zaavi.com and today received my code for the N7 warfare gear, the instructions were :

 Please follow the below steps to receive your additional content :-

1. From the main Mass Effect 3 menu, select 'Redeem Code'.
2. Enter your code

On the XBOX 360 version of mass effect 3 i couldnt find a redeem code option on the menu, and my code was too small to be a xbox live marketplace code, so i entered the code on the bioware social site and recevived the n7 warfare gear which is now in my registered game content for PC! How can i redeem it for my xbox 360, or is there any other solution? need help desperatley !!!

You are not alone in this issue sir, i contacted an EA rep about it and the matter was resolved.

Personally i hope its just an issue with the game coming out today and the bioware systems haven't applied the content to the 360 version, as i mention in the linked thread, usually if you redeem content for a 360 game it becomes available for the PC version also, hopefully the wires have just been crossed and its not showing up yet.

I have the exact same problem mate. Ordered from Zavvi, gave a code for PC. Messaged them on their awful messaging service and havent heard anything back.
However reading that thread has given me a bit of hope. I'm gonna go on EA Chat.
