I play on a 360 but my code for the N7 Warfare Gear registered for pc. Is there a way to fix this without contacting customer support as for some reason I cant log into the ea website?

You are not alone in this issue sir, i contacted an EA rep about it and the matter was resolved.
Personally i hope its just an issue with the game coming out today and the bioware systems haven't applied the content to the 360 version, as i mention in the linked thread, usually if you redeem content for a 360 game it becomes available for the PC version also, hopefully the wires have just been crossed and its not showing up yet.

I cant contact EA as my username is apparently not recognised by the website login. So any other suggestions would be great.
