Who else did one of the endings where Shepard dies and then you are suddenly back on the Normandy as Shepard? I'm sorry but I just saw him die now I'm him again? I don't get how that worked out exactly.

It automatically teleports you back before the big ending so you can do some more things... Likely related to future DLC I'm sure.
