I've read the comics and know that he experienced aftershock of indoctrination that his friend had. Has it been slowly and surely controlling him the entire time?

He has always been one to lead humanity into becoming a master race, an "ideal".

When you attack the cerberus base you can watch video feeds of his conversation with a scientist talking about his conditions.

What exactly were they trying to do? Delay the effects of turning into a husk? Could he ever really be in control of his own destiny? Could he have prevented anything?

TIM is my favorite character because hes all philosophy in every action he does and makes you choose.
Wish there was another way we could have converted him...
