I had just completeda game in multiplayer using my newly unlocked M-76 Revenant. I come off of the loading screen to the N7 Special ops welcome screen. The game was acting like it was my first time starting multiplayer. It even rewarded me with the free starter pack and BF3 pack. Next thing I know all of my unlocks from before are gone. Everything except my Rank, credits, and level 15 human male sentinel. Just last night I had purchased a few bioware points and unlocked a handful of spectre packs and veteran packs. Now everything is gone, all of my one use items, all of my weapons and mods, and even all of my characters excluding the one that I had played the last game with.
I contacted customer support which directed me here to make sure I get into contact with a higher dept. Which i am willing to wait since the game just released. I would like to also point out that I was aware of the bulleting put out about not openign the store while readying up. I made it a point to not to and even warned all my friends about it.

I have also lost all my items, unlocks etc. I had also spent some spare bioware points which I have now lost 
Can we please get this fixed and points refunded?

This also happened to me. I'm surprised, this game has this many problems. You would think they would address the fans and reassure them that these problems will be fixed.

The exact same thing happened to me. I finish a game and I get the welcome screen and option to buy new starter pack. Naturally I assumed I had reached such epic awesomeness that I was awarded some other starter pack. But to my disappointment I had lost all my other unlocks meaning alien races, equipment and weapons.
I contacted help.ea.com about it and they told me that this is a known issue, that the developers are working on it and I'd get my unlocks back. I also directly asked if I still play with the starter kit that I just got will I get to keep my new unlocks when I get the old ones and the answer was a straight "Yes.".
After I further queried on any estimation when I'd be getting my unlocks back they forwarded me here.
I also spent 800 bioware points on spectre packs before I lost it all. If nothing else could I get my credits back?
