So I just begun playing, and when shepard talks with anderson in the stairs, moments before the invasion, the game freezes and lags at anderson face's then it closes and goes to the desktop and says ''mass effect 3 digital collectors edition (something like that) has stopped working''. Please help me, in anyway possible.
