Just a thought, but why is Liara surprised about the prothean beacon on her homeworld? She says her mother must have hid it from her, but in ME2 DLC, she states that the SB had access to the highest info from Asari government, etc.

Yeah, but that was a pretty highlevel secret, and the fact that it was guarded for obvious reasons, should have been known to the SB.
