anyone who only got the 'your order is on it's way' email this afternoon had it show up as at the hub?

yeah i usually have no problems anyway, i usually get games off play.com and they are sound but using game for the exclusive (if crap compared to others) CE. But dudes who posted earlier say if you have chosen the Express Special Delivery a signature is required by Parcelforce.... i hope not.

well there was no signature wheen i got ODST express from game so hopefully no signature needed luckily someones home for me but fell sorry for people with no one in caus it gets taken to nearest postoffice or back to the hub

ah well that sounds positive maybe its different for smaller packages. Anyway they reckon its gunna be deliverd tonight so im holdin out for that haha

Woohoo sorting in national hub, so with luck tomorrow - However someone in one of the other threads on the other forum had a mail from Parcel force stating that they cannot breach release dates and they are required to deliver on the day of release.



Well having said that I've had every release from Game a day or two early by ordering using express 24 delivery.



So here is hoping.

i get the express 24 message but when i click on "tracking details" there's no info below it, suppose they haven't received it yet?

Yep I've got the same update as most people now, at the national hub, apparently being delivered tonight! Those parcelforce chaps are dedicated...

Yeah me too . Really hoping I don't need a signature and that they can just post it. And if they can't post it, I suppose I could just go pick it up ... Both the Parcel Force Hub and my Local Post Office are a 5 minute walk from my house .

it will be small enough to fit but i think you need to sign for parcel force packages and no one is in mine tommorrow

MageAzenJim - I wouldn't worry about that once it's actually at parcelforce's hub.

They have no way of differentiating one cardboard boxed game against another; in their view the game could be a decade old their delivering, or brand new.

So in other words, don't sweat it about them "holding it back" - they would have no idea what is in the box.

Has anyone been able to confirm that Game will be releasing Dragon Age in their stores at midday today? I've heard a rumour going around (+Steam is trying to sell me short)....

Not according to them, my dad went into Game yesterday and they said they wouldn't release the game til friday, even on pre-order,  they wouldn't even sell him the guide early! But he's got it on hold for me, aw bless.

Just received mine from Game courtesy of Parcelforce, really impressed much better than the recent Royal Mail service I have been getting (even before they were striking).
