"Track Your Special Delivery Order*
If your order is being sent by Special Delivery your tracking number is:
Please visit the Parcel Force website at http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw and enter the order number above to check the status of your parcel."
You can track your item on day of getting that email, Parcelforce will update their website between 6pm-3am, with your tracking details. And if you can see these (say if you looked in morning and it says 'Out For Delivery') then you'll be getting your copy of Dragon Age two days early in the UK.
Lets keep our fingers crossed guys! Lets hope we get our copies tomorrow, as that would be awesome!

"Your credit/ debit card has been authorised and your order is now being released for packing."
It should be shipped tomorrow but I really doubt it will arrive Friday. Looks like I'll have to spend the weekend without DA: O. I'm from Portugal so it's 3-5 days of wait, although in the past I received packages from the UK in 2 days.

Express 24 service with no update on tracking, not even a mention on what depo its at, I'm starting to think we're %$*& outta luck for a early delivery.
Edit: As the whole "tracking my game" thing is doing a nice job of distracting me from a rather important job interview tomorrow I decided to be a bit of a git and e-mailed parcel force a polite "its been 24 hrs why is there no tracking for my package".
I'll let you all know of any developments

I'm hoping that it arrives today and they just don't care too much about updating the tracking service.
Also strangely, Game have yet to take the money from my account despite having sent the game.

So, I think they have indeed sent them if that's your order status.

I heard that there was (gonna be) a strike at Royal Mail company so perhaps that is the reason why the UK playes are getting their games later than those from other European countries. Maybe it's just hearsay, I dunno.

I did the same, got a reply this morning saying that it actually hasn't been dispatched from the sender. So, we've got valid tracking numbers, but GAME hasn't actually released the packages yet.

Very possible except that practically every company has switched from Royal Mail for deliveries recently. GAME happens to be one of those

I think its just the variable is more when you involve more people/countries and the package travels more distance.LankeyGit wrote...

Personally, i've been expecting this game on the day of release and I have not seen or received anything to make me think otherwise. Its possible I may get the game a day early but I am not expecting it. I received an email from game with a promise to get the game to me on release day.
I am delighted to let you know that your Preorder for Dragon Age:
Origins GAME Exclusive Collector's Edition is now being processed
subject to successful payment being taken from your credit card when it
is dispatched. The order will be despatched by your chosen delivery
method in time to reach you for the day of release.
I've also bought other titles recently and during the ordering process, game have assured me that the delivery will not be affected by the strikes, even if it means upgrading my delivery choice so try not to worry and try not to expect early delivery. They have promised release day delivery and thats what we should expect, anything earlier will be a bonus

Thank you for your recent preorder.
Due to the industrial action by Royal Mail, we're doing things a little bit differently here at GAME
Towers to ensure we despatch your preorder in time for release day delivery. This includes
processing your order early.
As a result, you may have received an email telling you that 'your preorder is on its way'.
You may even find that your account has been debited.
Sadly this does not mean you'll be getting your game early. It simply means we've started the
ignition, our foot is to the floor, the wheels are spinning...
we only have to release the handbrake and your game is on its way!
In short, your preorder is ready and waiting and raring to go!
Happy gaming!

Normally games ordered from them come a day early and if people ordering from them overseas are getting it early then GAME are well and truly screwing us over considering its GAME UK amd why if the game is ready to be dispatched didnt they realise it yesterday so at least parcelforce have it and we dont feel like weve been charged for nothing so far.
I probably would have been better ordering it from amazon they tend to deliver a day early as well, Oh well i guess the brits get the short end of it again.
