I bought in March 2010 The Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition (Retail). I instaled it and during registering the game and creating the EA (and Bioware) account i made a mistake and gave wrong e-mail adress. I should type at the end of my e-mail   "yahoo.gr" and i typed  "yahoo.com". I was signing in Bioware through the game and bought all the DLC's and installed them succesfully. I realised my mistake about the e-mail months later, but as i said i had no problem because i could enter to Bioware through the game.
I reinstaled the game and all the DLC's ( Cerberus network, collectors edition, extra missions etc), but i couldn't register the game with my old account (with the false e-mail) because it is "invalid".I created new account with a new e-mail but i can not use the Cerberus Code because it's "active" and i don't have access to any DLC content. As far as i understand i am forced to buy new Cerberus Code and all the DLC's again!
To Bioware moderator : Pleeeese help me out!! It is stupid to buy the same things again. I can give any proof or details you will ask me about the above ( purchases etc).

Bioware isn't here. Read the description of the forum. When there were folks here to answer, we were a gamer to gamer self-help place. Official support is strictly EA Help. There is almost no one around. They are all gone. Personally, I would assist if I had any answer, but I do not deal with digital downloads myself. It's not what I do. I suggest you read Kloreep's FAQ summary for what it can offer, check the archives, and / or visit the EA Help pages.

Get in touch with EA online chat, it'S pretty fast and since your problem requires access to your account that you can't have right now but they should be able to do something about it.
