All the items i got including the ones i got with the 35$ bioware points are gone. Not sure what happened but I am not amuzed. It also gave me an option to get the starter and bf3 pack again. All my characters stayed the same level.

I lost about 2 days worth of gameplay to the glitch, and many people have lost hundreds of dollars points. Hope there'll be a press release sometime soon...
