Okay, I revently decided to play through Mass Effect on my PC, and purchased Mass 2 today from Origin. I recieved an email from EA after my purchase, telling me:
'
Thank you for purchasing Mass Effect 2 Standard Edition. Your Cerberus Network activation key is displayed in the table above under ‘Serial Numbers’ along with instructions below.'
But there is no activation key. No table, no Serial Numbers. Please, could somebody help me?

Read the name and description of this place. This is a gamer to gamer self-help forum, where we formerly would deal with tech problems in the game. Where would *WE* get any kind of numbers in here? You have a SITE problem, not a game problem. EA Help is the official support, just as it says in the forum description.

I thought someone else might have had the same problem and figured it out, and could tell me where i could find mine... Sorry for assuming people help each other.

I never had your problem. I never get any software as a digital download. If it isn't on a DVD, I cannot assist you, and there's just about no one else around. No one. The place DIED months ago. Your question would just die here without getting any attention, if I didn't tell you that much.

If you never had the problem, why respond in the first place? I clearly stated that this was an Origin problem.

I'm having this issue too. I got the game free with Dragon Age II, but still had to download through Origin. I set up my own post as well; if something of value comes up there, I'll be sure to relay that information here.

Hmm. I bought from origin as well. But they sent me an email with all the codes I need. But I don't recall even having to use that code ? I downloaded it from the bioware dlc page here then it just activated when I loge din to EA online ingame mass effect 2. Maybe I did have to use that code when I downloaded it from here, sadly I dun remember
I got the digital deluxe editino, not the standard one so that might be why.

This is reposted from the user "Pewter77" who posted on my own forum post regarding this issue:
I got mass effect 2 during that promotion, the cerberus dlc content is under your profile->your registered game content, (on the left sidebar) you have to download and install separately. Your copy is considered new by the way. Its a code for a copy of a new game, all downloaded games are considered new since you cannot sell them legally and hence could not be used.
Edit: Also make sure to check the top posts
http://social.biowar...6/index/6861142 is a link to a post in this forum that talks about exactly what you need. The cerberus dlc etc.

I hope that this guy will help you as much as he did me. Now, I am going to enjoy my well earned ME2 DLC.
