 Since I have a "dislikes" thread out there and a wall of text regarding the ending, I figured it was only fair to make a positive thread.  I'm going to limit myself to just stuff I can remember off the top of my head because frankly, there are alot of them.

-Drunk Tali.  Something I never realized I always wanted to see.  "E-mer-gen-cy-in-duc-tion-port."

-Crew interaction.  I could list a bunch of these, but I'm just going to lump them all here.  Some people dislike the comparitively low number of conversations you have with your crew members, but in my mind, these moments more than make up for it, especially since we've known everyone on board for at least one, sometimes two games.  What else is there to talk about?  Some particularly stand out moments would have to be Garrus and Tali having a bet on who's going to have the higher kill count on earth a la Legolas and Gimli, Garrus and Joker exchanging racist jokes, and Garrus out-calibrating Legion.  Hmm... I should probably pick one that doesn't involve Garrus.  Oh, how about that philosophical debate between Engineer Adams and Doctor Chakwas.  That was pretty interesting.

-EDI's line "I only forget to recycle the Oxygen when I come across something really interesting." [Priceless look on Shepard's face] "That was a joke."

-Shooting Udina.  I'm usually a paragon player, so you can imagine the conflict I had when that Renegade interupt appeared on screen... Actually no you can't, because there was no conflict.  I've been waiting for that Renegade interupt for two and a half damn games.  The only reason I didn't hit the button faster was because there was a brief moment of exhileration which distracted me.

-Saving the Quarians and the Geth.  I could go on, and on about how Legion and Tali are two of my favorite characters, and how almost every other victory in that game comes at a steep cost.  Or I could just show you this clip from Doctor Who which perfectly illustrates my reaction to this moment. 
   

To paraphrase the Doctor:  "Everybody lives Tali.  Just this once, EVERYBODY LIVES!"  

Sure, Legion sacrifices himself, but in a way, he lives on in the rest of the geth (in a much more literal way than usual when using that expression).

-Thane's death.  We all probably suspected that this would happen, but even so, it is a powerful moment.  From his epic fight with Kai Leng, to his dying prayer for your soul, everything about gives him a heroes' farewell.  In my opinion, even the death of Shepard him/herself doesn't carry the same weight as Thane's.
