Mass Effect 3 does have a folder for screenshots but i haven't found any keys indicating there is any easy button or control for them?

I was wondering this as well... I notice print screen doesn't work and I have to use fraps to capture screenshots

If you set it up to run through Steam you can just use the F12 hotkey.

Fraps is good cause you can take multiple shots... I find with prt scr you take one and have deal with it before you take another
