After everyone is readied up, I get the loading screen, then a crash to desktop EVERY time I try to play multiplayer. Yesterday it was working fine, just one crash right after finishing a round during the post mission status screen (which I did not get xp, or credits for)

I get something similar, it keeps crashing to the desktop near the end of each game. Happened three times in a row now, and I don't get any xp or credits. I'm looking for a solution.
