Only things we get back are the model ships and the fish. The only DLC decoration in that is the shadowbroker model.

You can get the hamster back too. It's running around below engineering (where Jack used to be). It's on the move though, so you have to run after it and snag it while it's out in the open. It intermittently is not seen while not on the main floor, but will come back for another run through. Once you catch it, you'll have it back in the cabin like it was in ME2.
