His death had meaning.
It was sad, but enjoyable.
Unlike the ending.

This thread is not about the ending, please stop trying to derail this thread with your crap.

On topic, I was really sad to see Mordin go, though I'm pretty sure he died happy.

Mordin went out the best way possible. (That is if you didn't go Renegade on him.) Excellent character who got a full complete arc in the last two games. Probably the single most memorable scene out of the series for me.

What should I say? Mordin and Legion are were my favorite chars in ME2. They die anyways.

In ME3 the best chars are imho Grunt. Grunt. Grunt. and Javik.

Easily one of my favorite characters ever. I cried when he died. But it was perfectly done. Had to be him. Someone else might get it wrong.

Just reading that line causes me to tear up now.

uhg HES NOT EVEN REAL

Damn estrogen

Hey, I'm a guy.  I'm man enough to admit I cried.  That's how good this game...no...this series had been for me up until the last 10 minutes.  Ugh.....

also +1 for guys that can cry, i live in texas...to much macho bull **** here. Props to you ;)

I'm from New England originally.  There's a severe difference in perspective in those two regions of the country on just about every issue.  I know this, because I live in Arizona now.

I too shed a few tears. So many high points in the game, only to end up feeling disappointed. -sigh-

Just found this. Apparently Mordin can live, depending on choices from 1 & 2.

His death was my favorite of the entire series. It was EXACTLY the way he would have wanted to die, and his sacrifice saved the krogan. For him, it doesn't get any better than that.

Im just glad they had him sing. Right before he did I was like "man... there goes the Normandy's best choir member." then he did, and I "teehee'd", then he died :(

He didn't finish the song though. :(

He never sang in my version, he just said there's a future for all of us and then exploded, which made his final words a bit nonsensical as he instead should have said "everyone".
