It happened again.  First Star Wars is ruined by useless retcons, then Firefly gets cancelled after one season, then Star Trek: Lens Flare makes it so everything else in the series never happened, and now Mass Effect 3's ending resorts to deus ex machina and rendering every decision I'd made already completely useless.


I don't get it.  I was so happy that Wrex was mad at me for destroying Maelon's data in the last game.  But then the ending disregards choices I made in the same game?  What the hell?  With this, and Deception, I almost feel like the whole series was an elaborate prank...



....I may have gotten the order of the sci-fi series that were ruined a bit off, depending on when you consider Star Wars to have actually started going downhill.
