That complaining about the woman having big breats in Mass Effect doesn't make any sense.

Forget all of them, FemShep's the one who got upgraded boobs. At least she's got the excuse of being out of action for six months; that does tend to encourage you to put on a bit of fat.

As for the female characters, someone in the BW art department clearly has a lot of affinity for D-size breasts or larger. I personally find it unbecoming to tack that on to so many female characters but it's a trend they built up to over two games. I think the Asari get a pass since sexuality is such a big part of their culture, but the others only have large chests for the sake of titillating the male half of the audience.

At least Tali and Jack remained unaffected.

It's not a spoiler. She was reported on weeks before the release, she's in the art book, and was in the launch trailer and IGN's official live stream.
