Ashley, Liara and EDI's breasts are enormous... Chobot's face looks like it's going to pop, and her breasts are down to her belly button.

Actually, it makes the most sense with EDI, since her body is a robot and would have been actually designed by people--probably men who like big honkin' bewbs.

Although the real question is why she'd pick a fembot body vs. something more useful for fighting space zombies and/or incompetent terrorists.

Or even why she'd settle for only one body.

Obviously the people in this thread don't appreciate a nice set of knockers. More digital sweater puppies for me.

I could only imagine if people in here watched SGU: "OMG IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW BIG LT JAMES BOOBS ARE!"

Nevermind that they are natural. :o My woman's boobs are double DDs. Maybe I should tell her how ridiculous they are.

I do appreciate them. I downloaded a mod for Skyrim that makes all the females in the game have bigger boobs and wider hips, just for sh*ts and giggles.

What I don't appreciate is how Ashley's are bigger, Liara's are bigger (seriously, they look huge when you're looking at them head on) and EDI's.... wow. I suppose this is the first time she has appeared in that body though, so she is exempt.

Aller's face looks disgusting though. It looks like a blow up doll or something. Or a load of putty. Her cheeks are swollen really badly.

As for the female characters, someone in the BW art department clearly has a lot of affinity for D-size breasts or larger. I personally find it unbecoming to tack that on to so many female characters but it's a trend they built up to over two games. I think the Asari get a pass since sexuality is such a big part of their culture, but the others only have large chests for the sake of titillating the male half of the audience.

Yes, it gets ridiculous past the point of being attractive. It wasn't long into ME2 before I was shaking my head at how over the top Miranda was so I didn't expect anything a bit more subtle out of ME3.

No offense meant but the male half? You really think it is a 50/50 between male and female players? Not bloody likely. Until more women play, there will be big breasts on a majority of women in a game.

Seems pretty normal to me.

Nah, they're indeed big. Draw your gun at EDI, for example. She'll crouch and you'll see two footballs.

Many girls have big boobs.

This concept is lost on some people. Don't use logic on these forums.

Now I have to figure out how to tell my woman that "big breasts aren't really that enticing." :(

Don't be glib, the OP was talking about how the female cast's breast have miraculously grown. I would infact sugest the oposite to you, use logic.

Fair point. I just don't see the need for it.

i also agree that edis breasts are very big. the body it self is nice, but the breasts kind of ruined it a bit.
as for liara, i think it looks ok. she is older and more mature. she was very young in part 1.

but yeah, its obvious that they will give the women bigger breasts and all the men are muscular. as long they dont go the capcom direction were all the women are in tide suits and are all very attractive looking. like jill in RE3 or sheva in RE5 with her leopard bikini.

So are we going to ignore that all the men in ME are body builders?

She was 106 in 1.

So she must be around 108/109 in ME3.

3 years isn't a huge difference by Asari standards, no less human standards.

true again but you have to admit that her behaviour is more mature then in part 1. in part 1 she was more a courious kind, just like a young teenager who turned 18 and is discovering the new life.
if you get my meaning.

Is your meaning that a portion of the fanbase should probably have a seat over there?

What really bugs me is that, with the exception of Liara, most of the major characters seem to be designed to wear fashions that aren't "in style" of the ME universe but designed to be sexually appealing. I don't mind Ashley's hair but the near-cleavage look just doesn't fit IMO based on her prior depiction and personally.

And Diana--why is she wearing a suit that (a) looks like it's painted on and (B) doesn't fit with the fashions that we've seen other reporters wear--The fashion is usually some very long ankle-length skirt-robe and/or pants. All news anchors dress professionally, I assume that would remain the same in the human ME world.

I just feel it contributes to pandering and it's really jarring when you view all the background characters in comparison.

Yeah - you can definitely see the consequences of designing characters around their "romance" subplots. I think Tali would have been a much better character if her "young leader struggles to fill her father's big shoes - and then discovers he's a war criminal. wat do?" arc hadn't been derailed for a "lol shep u so hawt but oh noes my allergies" arc.

Oh, this is awesome. First, we had the discussion of "Bethany and Momma Hawke's breasts are gigantic!", now, Ashley, Liara and EDI's breasts are enormous...Like...Mai Shiranui enormous?
Stay classy, people who are complaining, and keep fighting the good fight. Seriously, gotta find something better to do with your time.

BSN: basically consists of people complaining about [things] and people complaining about people complaining about [things]. In this thread, [things] is objectification.

The one that got the worst treatment was Femshep. That dress, tacky shoes and jewelery were beyond insulting. It's clear they gave no consideration to the female character's personality and were more concerned with making masturbatory material in hopes of selling more copies.

The problem isn't so much the breast size, but the clothing. Real armor wouldn't have molded breasts. Even regular clothing looks it has built-in bras. Clothes simply don't cling skintight to breasts. Especially not underneath them. They flow over them.

And yeah, Chobot looks like chipmunk in the game. She needs smaller cheeks. In real life her cheek bones are noticable, but it's not that extreme

Minor spoilers

It's EDI's breasts that are stupid. I swear they get bigger when she is wearing the Miranda catsuit...

In the artbook however, they said she was designed to be over the top sexy. This is justified since the body was effectively an endoskeleton for Eva Core.

One does not simply ask about reducing boobs.
