I had a Bioware Social Network account under an old email address. With
this account I purchased a couple Mass Effect 2 DLC. However, it's been
awhile since I've used this account and I have forgotten the password.
To make matters worse, the email associated with this account has been
deleted as well (Probably on the Top 5 regrets of my life....trust me,
this isn't the only headache I've had dealing with this deleted email
account ).
Is there anyway for me to get my account back? In preperation for Mass
Effect 3 I really want to start playing ME and ME2 with the DLC, but
it's a bit problematic without the DLC account.

So in a nutshell, I need to either reset the password with the help of customer support, or reset the email to the account so I can then request a password change.

I have the Game CD key and the Cerberus CD Key.

I posted this in the Social.Bioware.Com Site Help subforum and they redirected me to support.ea.com. I went there and opened a ticket with Mass Effect 2 Account/Registry. After chatting live with someone, they said they could not help me and that I "can retrieve your account by contacting bioware support team". They then directed me here. They explained "As this is mainly a bioware game,that why we have limited access over it ,all the complexity is individually handled by them only."

So here I am! Any help is GREATLY appreciated! I can hardly wait to hop into Mass Effect for another go!
