The crucible was firing its beam towards the mass relay and soon after the citadel broke apart - well at least some wards.
So how is this possible that Shepard survived the explosion?
Is he back on earth or still on the citadel? Because I could see much concrete all over his breathing body.

Don't try to make sense out of the idea of a waiter giving you an after-dinner turd. You can't.

Seriously though, as Garrus said. "Honestly? The Collectors managed to kill you once, and all that did is ****** you off. I can't imagine they'll stop you this time."

If ME3 was a terrific three-course meal, the ending would be the after-dinner mint, only the mint was made out of a turd.

Maybe he wants to sell you a toothbrush for $10 after you eat it.

Yeah this was something that I was curious about to, it's these small details that agrivate me on the ending.

That is all kinds of an awesome analogy. 99% of the game was straight-on drop-dead amazing. Who cares about an after-dinner mint?
...well, I kind of do, because if it isn't good it leaves a bad taste in your mouth...

Call me crazy but I keep hearing about this NG+ ending that is supposed to be different. I am going to give that a shot before I go from angry to totally postal. If there is no golden happy, at least happyish NG+ ending it is going to get ugly.
Let me know how that works out for you. I'm too depressed to try again. Good luck.

This. I've been gaming for long enough to see a setup like this coming a mile away.
And I'll buy the toothbrush.
But I won't be back to the restaurant.

The more I think about it the more I think the toothbrush might just make it worse though, get it all in there and ew.
I've yet to decide if the analogy is the problem or if's actually spot on.

A great analogy.
You should be a writer.
Bioware is hiring.
Or they should be.

Then promptly sending it into the dark ages and cutting off most colonies and homeworlds, dooming them due to a loss of supplies and resources (including fuel for slow FTL).
