Hi all!
I want to start this thread, because as part of community i hope that mass effect universe will be revisited once more!

So what would you expect to see?

As male Shepard I got romanced Miranda (put Liara or Ashley if this a case).
As result of this romance, Miranda born baby Shepard son/daughter.

The story start after 20 years since Shepard’s death, Shepard son / daughter is alliance soldier now and fight “civil war” between aliens and humans, the reason of the war was in the resources of sol system. Each race was in need to build large space ships to travel back (in sleep pods) to their homeworld, as Shepard son/daughter your struggle to bring peace between former allies and discover secret of batarians - who build a mass relay and desire to destroy humanity.

Another case with femshep, but this can be done!!!!!
During alliance service the female Shepard donated to alliance health bank her ovum.
After Shepards death, Kaidan requested alliance military that he wants to be a father of Shepard child, this wish was granted.

I think this would be great story for ME4 !

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Liara was totally set up to be in the future games. Especially if your Shepard romanced her. Seems like Shepard's Asari daughter wouldn't be too much of a stretch there..

Just sayin'

If you beat the game then you'd know that there is no child, shep either dies saving the planet or ends up stranded on earth and dies alone.... ME2 stated at the end when a mass relay blows up it whipes out that solar system, at the end of ME3 all the relays blew up causing everything to basically die... ME4 would be such a failure... unless some magical space dust appeared and remade the Mass relays...and everything pushed through 50,000-100,000 years for a new cycle...

I honestly couldn't care less....I'm done with Bioware unless they fix this. I refused any more Ubisoft games after Splinter Cell: Conviction, and now this....sooner or later I'll apparently run out of games to play.

Could be anything,

A lot of other conflicts can arise with new races being discovered, old conflicts surfacing etc.

If there was a "ME4" I doubt it would be same time period as Shepard's time as anything adding to that would most likely be covered in ME3 dlc or expansion packs like Dragon Age:Awakening did.

I would like to see the post reaper time focused on fighting something smaller than galaxy ending super beings, something like war that pits race vs race and you fight to destroy, ally or unit the involved parties like in ME3 but on a much wider scale. I wouldn't go with being the offspring of Shepard as it is possible not to have a child and die alone. But throughout the game have information about your choices refrenced in it.

Shepard's story is a trilogy but not the end to the Mass Effect franchise itself...

I won't care because I won't be buying it. Unless BioWare fixes the pile of dog**** they have already created with these endings, then I will not be buying any more BioWare games. I can't risk getting attached to another series only for some idiotic writer to think he's being cute by instituting a irrelevant ending that has no bearing on the themes throughout the entire trilogy.

Never in my deepest darkest nightmares would I have thought Mass Effect would end the way they did. I thought BioWare knew what they were doing. They promised us they woulnd't pigeonhole us with a bland ending and that our decisions would atually matter.

Not sure I've heard a bigger lie before in my life.

Mass effect relay was destroyed, but it is not clearly shown that sol system was damaged by the destruction.
Hm, i romanced Miranda before i done last mission, so that scenario totaly possible!

if/when they make ME4...I have a feeling Liara will be the main character...and importing your saves will effect how Shepard is remembered by the rest of the galaxy.

I would also expect a lot more of this.

Honestly the only thing they an do to save a **** tome of customers is for them to come out say the endings were crap and that they are going to fix them. Anything other then that and a lot of people are going to not be paying to play anything touched by them anymore.

I guess looking at how Halo 4 will be out this holiday new Trilogy's can
be made. But I don't know how Bioware can execute ME4 with a new
protagonist espicially the bond fans have with shep. If ME3 had a better ending with clouser then it would be possible to continue Sheps story like how 343's doing with Master Chiefs

true but think about the 4k other spiecies that are now trapped in the sol system and with the krogan's breeding possiablities and the raccni... you really think earth was to survive that long? especially that the mass relays no longer exist so they cant return back home. yeah have a child but end up having it killed due to the other races. awesome story lol...
