I would just like and answer. Why this way?

I have loved ME 1 & 2. I loved ME 3... Until the last 15 minutes of the game. I could see it coming and was not surprised; I could see something what would have to be done. It’s just the whole time I was playing (from the second act, when I figured out what would have to happen in the end) I was hoping that they would not end it in such a manner. I have read all the books and comics and have played ME 1 & 2 to the point I have 100% on both, I know ME, but that ending just…..

I don’t know. It came out of left field on me. I could understand how it worked into the story but feel that it was a cop-out. I cannot think of anything in ME 1 & 2 that pointed to this happening or why it would happen this way.

I want to ask to amazing people of Bioware.

“How did this ending get written into the story? How, after 5 years of playing/making/writing did the team looks at this and says it was a good idea?”

I know they have a reason for ending it this way, but I just hope that something comes up (DLC or whatever) to fix it. I feel as if all the enjoyment and play time I used up over the last five 5 years now feels like within the story meant nothing at all, like I just wasted my time caring about this story.

I would just like and answer. Why this way?
