Ever since Thessia I'd been waiting to splatter the twerp across 20 foot of station wall, even the renegade interupt wasn't enoguh for the amoutn of contempt I had for him.
Probebly because the first time I did the thessia fight ti bugged out and didn't do the cutscene, so we just stomped him until he had one little health box left.... and then wouldn't die.... for 5 minutes of shootinga t that little health box. Meanwhile eh just trash talks while my Vanguard charges in, drops a shotgun shell in his skull , altenrating between Liara's warp adn Garrus Concussive shot to keep him off balance.. and prevent him from doing... anything.
But he won't die.
And then I find out he was supposed to escape through a cutscen. Feck,
So I had him stomped but he gets to win because fo a cutscene and a gunship.
Thessia falls because the cutscene wouldnt let me shoot off oen little red health box.
Then he sends mail to trash talk. Growl.
On top of What he did to Thane. Snarl.
This is the Vanguard from my Insanity playthough, I kept wanting to respond withsomething along the lines of "You have no idea who you're dealing with. You didn't beat me, your gunship DELAYED me." >.<
Tela Vasir was a tougher enemy and she died. (althoguh if she lived I would have enjoyed haviung her as a squadmate once we got over the whole "trying to kill eachother" bit. Could I trade Vega for a returning Vasir?>.>)
When he showed up at the Cerberus station I was trying to decide if Iw anted to just punch him biotically through a steel reinforced wall into a vat of angry hornets ebfore being doused in napalm, or just punched through a wall, and have a shotgun shell put into hsi noggin like I did so many times on thessia.. and this time have it kill him like ti should.
And then I see him run away from me to the center-ish of the room. "Another cutscene? REALLY? Just let me KILL HIM" though thankfully its just him smashing the floor... for some silly reason, the fight ends up bering pretty short since we'd already beaten him on THESSIA.
The cutscene after was decent. though I saw the renegade interupt coming. It still felt anticlimactic, or at least didn't have enough of a "take that" aspect to ti for me.
I had him dead for 5 minutes on Thessia, would ahve liked that one to count. XD
Meh,
I'll applaud Bioware for writing the character in such a way that made us WANT to kill him, but I'm curious if anyone else felt the confrontation or others were a bit underwhelming.
(The ending fo the game doesn't courtn sicne there is already 137 threads about it. >.>)
Or maybe find a way to hollow Kai leng out, fill him with explosives and throw him at the elusive man.
