Is there any other time when you speak to her after first time that you get the dialogue wheel again for her? I never told her to change her identity
I don't want her to die. Anyway I can still save her?

I was under the impression that it was a plain clothes Cerberus person. But even if it wasn't I understand it since she does have trauma and maybe she thought that being killed would make it go away.
