Yeah, he's in the citadel refugee camp, pretty late in the game. You find him by starting an event with another character in the shack areas. I think it was the one with the doctors in it.

Conrad was so great. One of the best moments of the game.

He's there [if he lived], and a pretty nifty story.

From the looks of things, he doesn't reference much of what happened on Ilium [or the Citadel in ME1].   This is a good thing given the import bug.

Actually he does if you chose paragon in ME 1 & 2 his dialogue in ME 3 is something like an apology for making up the story about Shep sticking his gun in his face when they were on Ilium.

I think the game has some bugs... I went after each side mission to the Citadel but I didn't found Conrad Verner. Neither Matriarch Athyta and Kelly... :(

Its right after the Cerberus attack on the citadel, you can talk to a human doctor in the refugee area, it was a quest to fix sabotaged medi gel dispensers.
Sounds like there's a few different scenes with him depending on how you handle him in me 1 or 2? I know mine involved another me1 char Jenna from Chora's Den... so i imagine you'd get a different scene if you didn't do that side quest.

I love it how he says "I'm sorry for blaming you for pointing a gun at me even if you didn't" that was a reference to the import bug in ME2 :P

Ah, awesome, my run through was with a manually fixed PC save, so he just was like "Hey!  VERNER POWERS GO!".

Well I can remember something about medigel dispensers but nothing with a human doctor. I made the Jenna quest...

Perhaps another try when high res textures are out and other endings were implemented :D

I'm pretty sure someone said he only appears if you did all those ridiculous scanning missions in ME1, like the matriarch writings and stuff.

Aethyta I did not see, but the Wiki says that she is on the Presidium Commons in the bar, where she admits she's Liara's father. Kelly Chambers is in the refugee camp. She can live or die depending on your conversation with her.

Also, wasn't Illium supposed to be a confirmed location? It wasn't even mentioned for me.

He's there an he's hilarious. Plus, his story line here is ingrained in a seemingly random assortment of decisions from ME1 which is really satisfying to completionists like me who insist on doing every single thing on every single play through.

So where is he?

I picked up that mission, but it always ends the same way, with nobody ever finding out who did the sabotage!

I had a good look around for Mr Verner, but could not find him!

Anyone know how the decision table for his appearance works?

In ME1, I was rather tactful and suggested he do "something else" then try to be a hero.
In ME2, I wasn't so tactful, Renegade punchy to the stomach and then told him to stop harassing Aethytha.

I'm unsure if it meant anything, but after that, I heard a news report on Illium that he was picking an argument with some people on a sky transport and fell 200 stories to his death into a waste disposal plant.

Which could explain why he's not there for me........

Yes, he is dead, you should have picked one of the colored options

Oh well, guess that's that then.

I'm currently on my 3rd replay with an ME3 import of an ME2/ME1 playthrough and the thought of doing all that mess again just to do a minor alteration to the storyline is well, problematic.

What do you mean "colored options"?
Paragon Blue and Renegade Red?
I used Renegade Interrupt to punch him in the stomach, so I assume that's not the same thing.

I am surprised however, that BioWare didn't account for the above scenario.
I.E: give you a different way to catch the Cerberus operative.

I saw Conrad asked him what good he could possibly be on the crucible and then he spoke....and all I could do was laugh my ass off and go "you gotta be kidding me....****ing Conrad"
