I have a growing list of issues with synching accounts and general accessibility, and if anyone could help me with any of these problems, I'd be implausibly thankful!
1. Is there any way to find out, on the XBOX360 console, what account information is used when you're "Logging in to Dragon Age servers"? I no longer have the option to enter any info, it's simply done automatically, and I cannot find anything in the menus to give me a hint.
2. Is it possible to change the account information on your DA:Journeys profile if, say, you accidentally missed a space in your Persona name?
3. If DA:J info can't be changed, and deleting your Bioware Social account will also delete the nifty pre-order unlock codes you redeemed, how can we sync up DA:J, EA.com, Bioware Social Network, and XBOX Live? (Ignoring for the moment that this is a ridiculous chain of logins and carrots being dangled in front of us, and needlessly complicating what should be simple processes to obtain the offered trinkets.) Is the only requirement that the email address match, or do the user names have to match, as well? (The former seems the most reasonable, but one never knows with game developers!)
