All of the multiplayer items and characters obtained from packs, except for the mods on the starter weapons, have been removed.

Going back in the store shows the Free starter pack is still available.

I saw threads on this for the PC version but did not see this on the xbox version as well.

This just happened to me. Im very dissapointed. .I worked hard at getting all that ingame content and spent microsoft points on a veteran pack! I want my content back Bioware/EA please.

I had 40 thermal clip packs, 6 Ops servival Packs, 8 medi Gelis , 9 Cobra missiles. I had geth shot gun. about 3 sniper upgrades. mantis III. Quite abit of game time to aquire this ..all gone!

It looks like my MS points have been refunded but nothing else!
