Yeah have to agree here, Nihlus only looked into him, nothing more, and when he died by Saren it kinda screwed the pooch for Shepard getting SPECTRE status.

From what I remember, while Udina put the name on the table, Nihlus supported the move for a human spectre [I believe the line was something like "Some of us see your potential"?

That said, I don't think responsibility for being a Spectre is a good qualifier.  I sure as hell ain't supporting Udina's name on that board.

It is updated through your playthrough.

Maybe mines bugged but it didn't I know cause I checked after Thane's departure from existence.  Nothing new on it.

It does update from time to time, I've seen it moving names around.

Not sure if this is the place for it...

But does Urdnot Wrex's name appear on the wall incorrectly for anyone else? I'm on the 360 version using a file from ME1 imported all the way through with a Wrex that's alive and well throughout the entire career (all the way to London) and his name is on the memorial.

I don't understand how or why,,, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
