I've walked all over the citadel looking for kelly chambers who I know for a fact survived ME2, along with every single crew member from ME2 and she is nowhere to be seen. I am told she gives a significant boost to EMS.

I also have one quest left, where I have turret schematics that I can't give away to anyone and I can't investigate the hanar diplomat for the ST-G, because he is in that sealed room to the left of the elevator when you first enter the embassies.

I just finished all gathering assignments, n7, cerberus, and non priority assignments.  All I have left is to cure the genophage on my second playthru. I can't find a planet called irune, because I don't see a place called aethon cluster anywhere on my galaxy map to gather this one item.

Is my game bugged or am I just not far enough along to complete these objectives and get them out of the way to focus on much more important assignments. This is my second playthru. My first playthru I only did the missions and only one gathering assignment as a soldier. My total military strength was 4,456 and we still managed to recover earth.

This time around I want a perfect ending, where I don't sacrafice myself. So I am doing all of these gathering missions to make it 10k EMS and 100% readiness.

Where is my special preorder assault rifle for ordering the digital deluxe edition thru origin? How do I get it?

There are quite a few times where you'll get a quest to find something in a Cluster before you have access to that cluster. Just do some more Priority Missions and it will unlock eventually.

As for things you just can't find. Check the Specter store, or look online to figure out where exactly on the Citadel you're supposed to go because the Mission log is hopelessly vague on that sort of thing.
