So... I'm kind of pissed right now.

I was in my equipment menu selecting an ammo bonus, waiting for the multiplayer match to begin.  When the match started, my character (lvl 18 asari adept) spawned in with a lvl 1 default sniper rifle, no mods on it, and no equipment/supplies.  Finished the match, thinking it would fix itself after I finished.

Little did I know that when the match ended, my screen bugged out by having the "N7" text dialogue come up as if I had just started playing multiplayer.  I closed out of it and the matchmaking screen was partially covered by the store screen - all kinds of @#$%ed up.

I exited multiplayer and came back... only to find that ALL of my weapons, equipment, supplies, and mods were completely gone and reset back to default.  My characters were still the same level with their skills intact.

Bioware, you going to fix this?  I actually used a bunch of leftover Bioware/Origin points unlocking some of that stuff.  Thats basically money that I paid for which I now have recieved absolutely nothing in return.

I just got the same problem. 

Character levels and skills are intact but all weapons, mods and items I had previously unlocked are gone and it showed the welcome message and starter item package as if I had just logged in for the first time.

I sincerely hope this is fixed soon and I don't have to unlcok everything all over again
