I'm not sure what you mean sorry. In the video it seems to come from the back then connect to the back of the citadel.

Which is actually quite vague. It seems to be the person who wrote the article is saying that the ending will be changed.

False, if you look behind you after being hit with Harby's beam, you trees that were not there before.

It looks like the same type of trees and bushes to me.  I still believe in the IT but at least for me the "dream trees" appearing after being hit evidence is inconclusive.

No, there's no switching angles, Fallout. Both ends of the Citadel close, a seperate set of covering seals the back. The Crucible comes in from the back of the Citadel directly to the bottom of the tower. It looks weird, but everything is how it should be in that regard.

I don't know if that exact quote has been mentioned before, but we've (well, not me because I wasn't here then) discussed how Harbinger has a proper thing for Shepard. Harbinger keeps saying to the collectors to keep Shep's body if possible and other things. I think it's pretty safe to assume Harbinger wants Shepard's body, possibly to use as an indoctrinated puppet. The mind quote you posted does give a bit evidence for indoctrination like.

Just you. When the station's closed, the Presidium ring is a bit deeper down the wards' lenght so that the pieces that seal the back door can connect. The Crucible always approaches and connects from behind, to the Presidium ring.

i just watched the youtube video pasted here. did i miss something? or is youtube also protesting the mass effect endings? cause the commercial is fine, but the actual video has either a red, blue or green filter enabled.

Thats a really bad headline, It makes it sound like bioware is changing the ending fully but thats not what they said. They have been very vauge on their answers so far only saying we will hear more in April.

I meant that the only quote I could remember was Harbinger wanting the body in the collector base, probably because Shepard would have to be killed to be stopped. But yeah, he gets knocked out in arrival, and therefore not killed, so that's perfect for indoctrination.
I read somewhere in this topic, I think, that indoctrination works faster/better when the subject is unable to resist e.g. when unconscious.

They said there will be an announcement in April and they stated that major developers will be at PAX. So if you add two and two together, the probability for something is quite high -  not necessarily ending related. But if I were them, I'd bring heavy armour, if it was not

I've always thought that using "the trees" as *AHEM* "Evidence" was a flimsy case. I don't even acknowledge it as a potential indicator.
