it's just a video game.
But what if it isn't? What if every new game that is created actually creates a new alternate universe. And whenever you delete a saved game file you're actually killing billions of lives?
Just saying.
But, seriously, it is just a game.

Uh, I just had a thought. Isn't right about now when school lets out? Going by EST. That might explain everything.
Sorry to dimiss that theory - but it's 11pm in Germany right now and we have no schools that run that long (as much as I sometimes wish we had).

God, this is seriously ridiculous, folks.
Have you guys bothered reading this forum's post from overnight? They are so much more civil and nice to each other. Why is it that during the day (going by EST, here), this place devolves into insults, mockery, and a general pissing contest?
Why the hell is it so important to be right, here? What exactly will it prove to you? How will it make you a bigger or better person than those who's beliefs turn out to be incorrect? WHO THE HELL CARES?
I believe in IT, and if it turns out to be true, I will cheer and flying tackle hug the people at Bioware. I WILL NOT come onto this forum (as some sadly will) and laugh at, or sneer at, or make fun of those who didn't believe in IT. Likewise, if It turns out not to be true, I won't angrily lash out at the (just as sadly) inevitable mocking that will come from those who didn't think IT was true in the first place.
Why? Because such behavior is petty, pathetic, and beneath anyone with a shred of maturity. Get a grip, people. I love Mass Effect as much as anyone, but it's just a video game. It's not worth starting a friggin' flame war over.

::sigh:: I hope not.
Oh, and @Tirian Thorn: yes, we never left the geth consensus.

Well, people keep killing each other about whose imaginary friend is better. Compared to that, arguing endlessly over a video game sounds actually rather reasonable
But seriously - I am always amazed at how good the Internet is at turning adult into yelling puberal teenagers.

I'm on page 1141 here trying to catch up after work. People were talking about the radio and how Anderson can even contact Shepard on the Citadel when his helmet is gone and armor blown up. Someone said that he always puts his fingers to his ear when he responds. Well, look at this footage on the Citadel after Anderson contacts Shepard, pay attention to where Shepard's fingers are not, , start at 2:25. Interesting...
Yeh, and notice the right arm (the one blocking the bullet wound that miracolusly appear) after you enter the Space Kid room, it's completely (almost) free of blood, and the wound is not bothering you anymore.

My thoughts exactly.
There is no need to act like an immature douche, whether you believe in IT or not.

I was just refering to a certain individual who refuses to leave us alone. I mean come ON, if you're not going to give us any actual COUNTER evidence other than just, you are wrong because I say so, then why stick around if all that's going to happen is you getting verbally pwned.

I hate myself for using this meme, but I couldn't think of anything remotely clever to say. At least not without blatantly flaming people who--oh, right, I'm trying to avoid pointing that out. Nevermind, nevermind.
OOOOHHHH, is it motivational hour again? Lex0r11, are you here?

Sorry. Irony detecter seams broken. I guess, after about 1150 pages, this thread is slowly turning me into a husk.

I like how you presume to have knowledge that the PAX panel will confirm IT wrong.
Oh wait, you're AtlasMickey. I stopped paying attention to you when I realized you like the endings and dont like Lord of the Rings.

Yeah, I would probably stop paying attention at that point, too.

I am now officially on board with the IT. There is just too much good evidence to support it and I have yet to hear a single good argument against it.
The good arguments against it are that most of this could easily be designer laziness, rushed work, and "artistic vision" as much as it could be evidence of IT. That or leftover foreshadowing from scrapped plans.
Now, I personally DO believe in IT, because I trust in bioware, but let's at least keep perspective on the issue.

This thread will be over run with "I told you so's" and will quickly die. Most of the I.T. believers will completly lose their last ounce of hope/faith in Bioware, and we'll probably just start looking forward to Diablo 3.
I personally will have to take up another hobby if I.T. is not true, like flying kites, much less chance for dissapointment.

I don't know, I've flown a lot of kites in my time.
In between the now absense of space in places for the kite and the general poor build quality - I'd be thinking your setting yourself up for disappointment.
