The other day when I was in school, one of my classmates actually got beaten up by another one because he had another LI.
He thought that Ashley was the best maleshep LI, while the other one thought Tali was best!
It's almost unbelievable what this game series has made people do...
But, that also shows how much people have loved zhe Mass Effect series, doesn't it?

Sorry to dimiss that theory - but it's 11pm in Germany right now and we have no schools that run that long (as much as I sometimes wish we had).

I was just refering to a certain individual who refuses to leave us alone.  I mean come ON, if you're not going to give us any actual COUNTER evidence other than just, you are wrong because I say so, then why stick around if all that's going to happen is you getting verbally pwned.

No, no, NO. This is exactly what I'm talking about. I did not post my remarks to shut up or insult walder18, so neither should you. I want everyone to calm down and behave like adults. I want to read about people's evidence for/against and their questions about IT, not about who's a bigger idiot.

This. God I want diablo 3. Comes free with a year of WoW now, too. And I just got to play the Mists of Panderia beta, so I'm all psyched for my next year of WoW.

To keep this on topic, folks, please don't feed trolls. It's usually pretty easy to see who's arguing sensibly (well, your evidence seems weak on...) and who needs a shoehorn for a rectal craniectomy (So all you IT dumbasses....)

Yeah but TIM right out says at the end that he has the power to control people like the reapers do.  Also, I know that the work Brynn was doing had to directly do with controling humans like Harbinger cound directly control his minions.

Edit:  I'm talking about the mission wth Jocob where you meet Brynn who explains the work she was doing for TIM before they all left Cerberus.

Well yeah, but if it were a april fools joke he wouldn't keep on defending his post, right? Plus, the fact remains that Lance Henriksen indeed was at that convention.

It seems a little weird though that they would call it "Reaper Indoctrination". Why not something like "IM Control".

If this is true, then could someone find context?  I.E. what effects the files refer to.

 As a somewhat related tanget I started wondering - are Reapers REALLY unbeatable by conventional methods? And I've coined this list:

1. Even with "plan A" (travelling to the Citadel, paralyzing all the infrastructure, getting all the info, etc.) the Reapers conquered Prothean Empire for CENTURIES. So even without any chance to put the organized resistance in the first battle, Prothean Empire has managed to kep fighting for a VERY long amount of time.
2. And their plan A failed, resulting in the loss of their vanguard ship Sovereign.
3. Then Shepard foiled their plan B which was travelling through the Alpha Relay. giving military forces time to prepare, which, again, Prothean Empire didn't have.
4. Then he destroys two serious war assets Reapers have - the Collectors and the Human Reaper.
5. Then, in ME3, he stops ALL (with good enough playthrough) internal conflicts, including the Cerberus. Javik states that there were still internal problems in their Empire and their cycle's Cerberus was a threat for probably a longer time. Some species even destroyed themselves, going totally against the chain of command.
6. He/she also stops the org/synth war of this cycle - the war with the Geth. Zha'til and Zha conflict ended in destruction.
7. He/she prevents the corruption of political structure by killing Udina. Yet again, something Protheans failed at.
8. He/she employs Rachni, the incredibly dangerous race which threatened the entire galaxy MULTIPLE TIMES, SURVIVING THE REAPER INVASION AT LEAST ONCE, despite being space-fairing intellegent specie.
9. He/she organizes the fleets in one massive assault, whgile Protheans sacrificed their own forces to stall the war.
10. He/she proves the efficiency of such an alliance by building the Crucible, which, as far as the game tells us, was never finished before.
11. This cycle is supposedly unique because of the diversity, while the previous one had unified Prothean Empire and the one before that is implied to be the same with only one specie providing the artifacts.
12. The husk-control thingie made by TIM is supposedly real, despite not being able to control the Reapers themselves, so if it's used it will cut out the huge chunk of Reapers' tactics.

I think I might have forgotten something, but the point is, this cycle meets Reapers with utterly thwarting their plans and forcing them act in the most basic way of full frontal assault, while they have always relied on chaos created by decapitating the empires, destroying the infrastructure and indoctrinating key figures. Are they really THAT ubeatable?

Yes I noticed that sudden lack of blood also. Also check out what I said about the creepy catalyst/child on page 1145. Another point I would like to make is that in addition to "a trial" a catalyst is also a container, used in metallurgy, to protect its contents from melting at extremely high temperatures.
